Function:
- Analyze the skills development needs of employees in each job position.
- Design appropriate skills development plans for employees at different levels, such as officers, supervisors, and executives
- Offer a variety of training programs, such as online learning, in-house training, or external training
- Define KPIs to measure the success of the skills development plan
- Prepare clear documents and operational plans and implement them immediately.
