2.2 Prompts available on the Platform are user-generated or curated content and should be used as inspiration or guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

3.2 Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or promoting any content that is:

• Illegal or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
  3.3 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.

4. Content Submission and Ownership
4.1 By submitting prompts or content to the Platform, users grant Seleng a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, modify, and distribute the content.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Platform retains ownership of all design elements, software, and proprietary tools.
5.2 Users may not replicate, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 The Platform is provided "as is," and Seleng disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
6.2 Seleng is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in user-generated content.

7. Payment and Subscriptions
7.1 Certain features of the Platform may require a subscription or one-time payment.
7.2 Refunds are not permitted unless explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.
